Apex Standard Agent Expectations

Dials

Each Apex Agent will dial a minimum of 200 dials per day for at least 5 days per week.

Each Apex Agent will dial a minimum of 1000 dials per week.

Appointments

Apex Agents will book a minimum of 20 appointments per week

Applications

Apex Agents will write a minimum of 5 policies per week

Split Policies

Apex Standard Agents will split policies with their Agency Owner.

50% will go to the Apex Agent

50% will go to the Agency Owner

Work Day

Apex Agents will track their hours, dials, contacts, appointments set, appointments ran, APV written, APV issued on their Engage tracker and their APV Tracker.

Apex Agents will attend all training calls on the Apex calendar.

Apex Agents will be in the workroom during work hours.

Daily Check In and Debrief

Apex Agents will meet with Cindy twice per day - once when they begin their shift and again before they leave.

This will include a review of trackers and provides the opportunity for agents to express areas of concern or requests for additional support.

Conference

Apex Agents will attend all National Conferences.

Apex Agents will be eligible for hotel and travel stipends depending on APV written.
